Our structured apprentice training program is built to turn keen starters into confident, qualified plumbers. You'll be mentored on the tools, supported through your trade school commitments, and given the variety of work you need to finish your apprenticeship job-ready — not just time-served.
Comprehensive Training
Our apprentices work alongside experienced tradespeople from day one, rotating across residential, commercial and emergency work so you build a genuinely broad skill set. You'll learn on real jobs, with real supervision, backed by the systems and safety standards of a Tier 1 contractor.
Industry Leadership

Apprentice Criteria
To be considered for an apprenticeship with Rapid Plumbing Group, applicants must:
- ✓Hold a current Construction Induction White Card
- ✓Have completed a Plumbing Pre-Apprenticeship Course — while advantageous, it is not mandatory
- ✓Successfully complete a work trial with us, which may last up to three weeks
